Discontinued and Legacy Products
This is a list of Stontronics parts that have been discontinued, retired or have become legacy products. These are units that in most cases will no longer be available, have been upgraded or replaced with new alternatives.
A common reason for retirement of Power Supplies is the ever increasing advance in efficiency of new units that utilise the latest switch-mode technology. This, combined with the EU directive on the sale of energy using products (EuP) has resulted in a large number of our products having to be upgraded.

Discontinued Switch-Mode Power Supplies.
A range of Switchmode power supplies available specifically designed for the Access Control & Security markets. These units have built in battery-backup facilities and space for housing your own Sealed Lead acid battery. This give the units UPS function/autonomy for when there is a main failure to continue to power your CCTV camera, automatic door control or any related product. You can also request that these units also come with a front tamper switch which can be remotely monitored to ensure that these units are not tampered with and remain securely closed when out in the field.
